Home school competition celebrates black British history

Children and young people have been asked to create unique projects to explore black British history. The competition, sponsored by the National Education Union (NEU), is part of the 100 Great Black Britons campaign created by Patrick Vernon to celebrate the continued legacy and achievements of black people in Britain. The most innovative of the “home-school” challenge entries will be featured on the website in October for Black History Month.

   Pendant qu'aux Antilles françaises, un quarteron de médiocres et des nombrilistes se préparent à détruire la dernière institution régionale existant encore à savoir l'Université des Antilles, en Angleterre, une Egyptienne devient la directrice de la prestigieuse London School of Economics. Dans tous les classements mondiaux d'universités  de ces dernières décennies, cet établissement a toujours figuré dans les 5 premiers avec Harvard, Princeton ou Berkeley. Qu'une femme, de surcroit arabe, en vienne aujourd'hui à la diriger est la preuve de l'ouverture d'esprit de ceux qui y travaillent et surtout de leur seul et unique souci : l'excellence. 
   Il est douteux que ce dernier mot ait un quelconque signification dans l'Université Ba-di-bou et l'Université Bò Kannal que sont en train de nous concocter les médiocres évoqués plus haut...
